Some landladies like to boil, some – to cook for a couple, but this is already a matter of taste. I want to share a recipe for vareniki with raspberries, dough for which I mixed on kefir. She boiled them in a saucepan.

Since now is not a berry season, I used frozen raspberries, which were previously thawed at room temperature, and the juice drained off. From the juice, by the way, you can make a wonderful kissel or compote. Tasty, plump dumplings were produced, which perfectly kept the shape and were not torn during cooking. Serve vareniki with berry stuffing is better in hot form, immediately after cooking. I recommend to try.

Prepare the dough.

In a bowl, pour in kefir at room temperature. Drive in the egg and add a pinch of salt.
