For cooking potatoes with cheese in foil in the oven, take large potatoes, cheese, butter and vegetable oil, onions, garlic and greens. If desired, you can add any favorite spices.
Potato tubers are washed with a brush, we will dry it. Lay out each potato on foil, salt, pepper, add a little bit of vegetable oil.
We wrap the potatoes in foil, we’ll send it to the oven to bake at a temperature of 190-200 ° C for 40-60 minutes (the baking time depends on the oven).
While the potatoes are baked, finely chop the onions and fry it until golden brown.
We will define the potatoes with a toothpick or fork. If the potatoes are ready, take it out, carefully unfold the foil and cut the potatoes along, not to the end. With a teaspoon we mash the pulp, add butter and the garlic passed through the press.
So we do with each potato. Add to the cut grated cheese and send potatoes into the oven, without covering with foil.
After 5-7 minutes our dish is ready. Gorgeous potatoes with cheese in foil in the oven turned out delicate, fragrant and very tasty!
