Salad with sprats and potatoes is a fairly easy-to-prepare salad with a minimum of ingredients, which, moreover, are quite affordable.
In fact, it is a fish salad, but it is the sprats that give it a note of smoked meat, which makes the salad special and worthy not only of a family dinner, but also of a festive table.
Calorie salad with sprats, potatoes and eggs will depend on what will be the fat content of mayonnaise. If you want to prepare a dietary version of a salad, use light light mayonnaise.
First of all, boil the eggs and potatoes until ready. Let the eggs and potatoes cool down and remove the peel from the potatoes, and eggs – the shell.

Potatoes we will squeeze on a large grater, it will be the first layer. We shall salivate and pepper the potatoes, add 1 tsp. mayonnaise.

We spread the fried onions with carrots the third layer in our salad and grease with mayonnaise.
4th layer – cubes of fresh Bulgarian pepper.
The 5th layer is an egg or egg white. Eggs should be rubbed on a medium grater, leave a little egg yolk for decoration.
Salad with sprats and potatoes are decorated with olives, pepper strips, parsley and egg yolk. You can decorate the salad in your own way.
Ready lettuce is sent to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, then we remove the cutting and serve the salad to the table.
