Wheat flour – 160 g
Egg – 1 pc.

Vanillin – 1 g

I often use powdered milk when baking bread, but the pancakes baked for the first time, and I was completely delighted. Pancakes on milk powder are very delicious, besides, dried milk is stored much longer than fresh, and the package can be used for several batches of pancakes. You can serve these pancakes with any jam or with honey.
Prepare the necessary products from the list.
In a bowl, sift the flour with baking powder, add 2 tablespoons with a slide. dry milk, sugar, vanillin and salt.
Water warm to 50 degrees and add to the dough. I advise you to add just half the water, mix the dough with a spoon.
Then add the egg to the dough.
Mix the dough with a mixer and pour the rest of the water. The consistency of dough for pancakes on dry milk is liquid.
Preheat the frying pan and grease it with sunflower oil. A ladle pour a portion of dough, rotate the pan in a circle, so that the dough evenly spreads.
When the bottom of the pancake is toast, turn it with a spatula and fry it on the other side.
I got 13 pancakes. We spread them with a slide.
Pancakes can be served with jam, sour cream, condensed milk.
