Marinade, the recipe of which I want to share, in general can serve and simply sauce for meat, especially – shish kebab. It is very tasty and fragrant!
It is made from simple products. The composition of spices and herbs you can adjust according to your taste and preferences.
The same goes for the Tabasco sauce. As you know, it is very hot!
The list of ingredients is given based on 1-1.5 kg of chicken.
Prepare foods for tomato marinade for chicken with Tabasco under the list.
Put tomatoes in your own juice, pepper, salt and sliced garlic in a blender bowl.
We rub the mixture with an immersion blender.
Add a mixture of herbs and paprika. Stirring.
Then the turn of Tabasco …
… and sunflower oil.
We mix everything well.
Tomato marinade for chicken with Tabasco is ready!
In this form it can already be consumed, but our goal is to pickle the chicken: whole, shins, hips, wings – that your sweetheart will wish!
We pour the chicken marinade, mix it, so that each piece was covered.
Cover the bowl with a film or lid and shipped to the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours, or even better – at night. Personally, I usually marinate a day.
This is how the marinade looks to serve on the table.
And this is how a cooked chicken looks like, marinated in the proposed marinade: it turns out very juicy and piquantly sharp.

Tomatoes in own juice – 400 g
Garlic – 3 slices
Pepper black ground, salt – to taste
Provencal herbs – 1 tbsp.
Paprika smoked – 2 tablespoons
Tabasco sauce – 1 tsp.
Refined sunflower oil – 3 tbsp.
