Today I want to share a recipe for the correct buckwheat. This porridge is one of my favorites. The ratio of liquid to grain is the same – 1 to 2. But we will not cook it at all. And we will do so, as dieticians advise.
To make buckwheat without boiling, take one glass of buckwheat and a little salt.
Of course, there should be no impurities in the croup. I buy cereals very clean, well-known manufacturer, but if necessary, then go through the groats. Transfer the buckwheat into a saucepan, add salt and pour in another glass of water. Close the lid and put it on the fire.
Once the water in the saucepan boils, remove the pan from the fire and cover with a towel.
After 15-20 minutes your useful porridge is ready. Buckwheat without cooking is friable and tasty.
Serve hot with butter.
