Today I want to share a recipe for the correct buckwheat. This porridge is one of my favorites. The ratio of liquid to grain is the same – 1 to 2. But we will not cook it at all. And we will do so, as dieticians advise.

Transfer the buckwheat into a saucepan, add salt and pour in another glass of water. Close the lid and put it on the fire.
