Cooking process
If the period of consumption of milk is missed, the whey is separated and the curd flakes curdle – bake curry pancakes on sour milk with yeast. Sour milk is often replaced with kefir, especially in flour products.
Since the yeast is included in the composition and a short dough is expected, all foods should be slightly warm or at least at room temperature.
If desired, add raisins, dried berries, crushed nuts, zest, and cinnamon.
To cook the lush yeast pancakes on sour milk, take the food on the list. The water is slightly warmed up.
Approximately 50 ml of warm water we brew dry yeast, pour 1 tbsp. sugar and flour, stir and under the film keep in the heat for 7-10 minutes, until the formation of foam.
To pour (yeast solution) pour warm sour milk, drive in the egg, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, whisk until smooth.
Gradually add flour and knead thick dough.
We throw the film and leave in the heat for 20-30 minutes. Before frying, heat the frying pan with lean oil. The dough is not in the way, but we poke a spoon from above and put the “islets” in the hissing oil. We bake pancakes under the lid.
To a golden crust on both sides.
On the table, lush fritters on sour milk with yeast are served warm, for example, under a layer of powder, with jam, sour cream.

Lush fritters on sour milk with yeast
One of the best ways to utilize sour milk is to bake a lush yeast pancake.

Flour – 170 g
Sugar – 30-40 g
Vanilla sugar – 10 g
Dry yeast – 5 g
Water – 50 ml
Egg – 1 pc.
Salt – 2 g
