Egg – 2 pcs.

Kefir – 50 ml

Salt – to taste

Soda – 1/2 tsp.

Cornstarch – 3 tbsp.

Vegetable oil – 3 items of l.

Black ground pepper – pinch

Provencal herbs – 1 tbsp.

Onion – 3-4 pcs.

Garlic – 3-4 cloves

I think that this is a win-win version of a delicious and hearty feast. They are prepared very quickly, but the taste is simply stunning: the liverworts are tender, soft, literally melt in the mouth.

The liver should be washed, stripped from the film, and must necessarily cut the bile ducts. Cut into small pieces.
