Chicken liver can be cut easily if frozen. So, chop the liver into small pieces, put them in a deep bowl.

The medium-sized bulb is peeled and rinsed, cut into small cubes, and the onion can be chopped in a blender bowl. Add the onion to the liver.

Pour oatmeal into the bowl. Oatmeal can be ground beforehand in a blender or coffee grinder.
