Cottage cheese – 525 g
Egg of chicken – 2 pcs.
Semolina – 2 tablespoons.
Sour cream – 70 g
Sugar – 100 g
Vanilla sugar – 10 g
Butter – 15 g
Breadcrumbs – 1 tbsp.

Add chicken eggs. Stir.
Add sour cream 20% fat. Stir until smooth.
Add vanilla and plain sugar. Stir.
Add semolina. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Lubricate the form with butter. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Stack and smooth the curd mass. Send in a hot oven (190-200 degrees) to a crusty crust, about 40-60 minutes.
