Put sour cream

Add vanilla and plain sugar. Stir.

Pour sugar

Add semolina. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Lubricate the form with butter. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Stack and smooth the curd mass. Send in a hot oven (190-200 degrees) to a crusty crust, about 40-60 minutes.
