Sprats – 1 bank
Eggs – 2-3 pcs.
Garlic – 1 tooth
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. with a slide
Tomato – 1-2 pcs.
Greens and lemon – for filing

There are a lot of recipes for toast with sprats. Especially they are loved by people whose childhood or youth fell for 80-90 years. Bread is better to buy already sliced. I have a loaf of rye bread with seeds (+/- 400 grams). I cut the slices of bread diagonally into two pieces.
Put the bread on the grate and dry it in the oven to the state of toast. In bread bread it’s better not to turn.
Lightly rub each toast with a clove of garlic.
Eggs boil 8 minutes, pour cold water, peel off the shell, grate.
Lubricate the croutons with mayonnaise.
Put on each toast grated eggs on a grater.
Put a slice of fresh tomato.
Next we put one sprat, if large.
Decorate with fresh herbs or a slice of lemon.
Serve croutons immediately after preparation, until they are crispy.
