Ingredients
Dough Egg chicken (medium-sized) – 1 pc.
Butter – 80 g
Sugar powder – 100 g
Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp. l.
Milk – 100 ml
Wheat flour – 130 g
Baking powder – 1 tsp.
Vanillin – 1 g
Cream
Cream (35%) – 150 ml
Sugar powder – 4 tbsp. l.

I regretted that I had not tried these traditional American pastries before. They are prepared very quickly, and you fall in love with them from the first bite. Prepare the products for cooking the cake “Vupi Pai” and proceed.
Remove oil from the refrigerator in advance. Measure the powdered sugar and milk. In a bowl, mix the cocoa, flour, baking powder and vanillin. Stir the mixture well.
Rinse oil with powdered sugar until soft lush condition.
Drive in the egg, mix thoroughly.
Mix the dry ingredients and milk. First a piece of flour, then milk, again flour and milk again. Mix each time until uniform. If the egg was large, it is possible that the milk will go 10-20ml less.
Stir until smooth. The dough should be of medium density and should not drain off the spoon.
Using a spoon or a pastry bag to lay out the dough with round cakes, not too large, they will increase in size.
Bake in a preheated oven, the temperature is 180 degrees, 10-12 minutes.
While the biscuits are cooling down, you need to make a cream. Beat cold cream until a strong mass. Add the powdered sugar, quickly whisk.
Put the cream on one cake, cover another, and the cake “Vupi Pai” is ready.
A cake, in my opinion, does not require decoration.
You can lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar.
