Pea soup with smoked sausages is a soup that you will never refuse. A successful taste combination always turns out to be a win-win. The most important thing is the selection of quality and delicious ingredients. For me, at one time it was very difficult to find peas, just such that it was perfectly digested, often came pea oak, even after soaking and three hours of boiling the result was dull. But finding the same brand, I now always have in the bins a few packs of peas, which is boiled in just 30 minutes. And if all this is taken into account, pea soup can be cooked for 40-50 minutes, it pleases. Potatoes are not present in the soup, but a bright set of vegetables is added.

If you are not sure about the quality of peas, soak it beforehand for the night. In my case, peas should simply be thoroughly washed in several waters.
Transfer the peas into a saucepan, pour a portion of clean filtered water. At this stage, add smoked meat – chicken drumsticks. You can use any kind of smoked meat – ribs, meat, poultry, etc. Cook until ready to peas. At the end of cooking remove the meat, set aside for a while to the side.

Prepare vegetables – clean and wash. All vegetables – leeks, carrots, celery and mushrooms – are cut absolutely randomly. On a small amount of oil to pass the ingredients, after pour a little water into the pan, cover and extinguish the vegetables for five minutes.
Transfer all the vegetables into a pot with peas.
With a submerged blender, grind all the ingredients until they are mashed.
Add salt, pepper, a little granulated garlic to the soup. Stir and boil for a few minutes, take a sample for spices, if necessary, increase the amount of salt.
Cut the meat into large pieces.
Before serving, add meat to each plate of soup, decorate with greens. Everything, now pea soup-puree with smoked products is completely ready for use.
