Ingredients
Chilled crab sticks – 300 g
Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
Refined vegetable oil.
Filling:
Processed cheese – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise – 1-1,5 st. l.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Fresh fennel – 2 sprigs
Salt, black ground pepper
Batter:
Egg – 1 pc.
Wheat flour – 100 g
Milk at room temperature – 100 ml.
Pinch of soda
Salt, black ground pepper
Cooking process
Crab sticks in batter – a great snack for a foamy drink. It is both a hearty, tasty and quick to prepare dish, which can be served both hot and cold. Crab sticks in batter are tasty with red and white spicy sauces. And if you exclude garlic from the filling, then such crab sticks like children. Cream cheese can be replaced by ordinary, greens use any, for your taste, and crab sticks are better not to take frozen, and chilled.
To prepare batter, mix in a bowl an egg, milk, salt, soda and pepper. In portions, put in the flour, whisk the mass until smooth. If the mass is liquid, add a little more flour. The clay should be thick enough, a bit thicker than the dough on the fritters.
For the filling, heat the melted cheese on a fine grater.

Fold the crab sticks with a roll and cut into two or three pieces.
Dip the chopsticks in batter and fry on the warmed vegetable oil odorless from all directions until golden brown. Put ready crab sticks on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
