Batter:

Egg – 1 pc.

Wheat flour – 100 g

Milk at room temperature – 100 ml.

Pinch of soda

Crab sticks in batter – a great snack for a foamy drink. It is both a hearty, tasty and quick to prepare dish, which can be served both hot and cold.
