Gently roll the fish with the filling into a tight roll.
With the food film, make 3-4 more layers and lay a roll of mackerel with gelatin in a saucepan.
Pour water and send to fire. After boiling continue to cook for 20 minutes.
After cooking, carefully take the roll to the dish and leave it in a cool place until it cools down completely.
The film can be removed immediately, you can shoot as needed, but you can cut it with it. From the roll, it leaves easily and keeps the fish from being chapped.
