Ingredients
Liver of cod in oil – 120 g
Rice – 70 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Cilantro – 2-3 branches
Eggs – 1 pc.
Rice vinegar -1 tbsp. l.
Parmesan cheese – 30 g
Salt, pepper – to taste
Cooking process
Tender, very high-calorie cod liver – from the category of delicacies, tasty in itself. Spread out a slice of fresh bread, add a feather of a juicy onion or a branch of greens and enjoy. You can complicate the recipe by collecting a salad, for example, with rice. A large portion replaces the lunch in full.
To prepare a salad with a liver of cod and rice, take the foods listed: cod liver oil, onion, cilantro, Parmesan, white rice, rice vinegar, salt, pepper.
Rice boil until prepared in the usual way.
Thin semicircles shinkuyu bulb, add the leaves of young coriander, pickle 10-15 minutes with rice vinegar (or lemon juice).
We leave the oil in the can, and the cod liver is kneaded on a separate plate – we can do it with a fork.
Rice is washed, mixed with cheese chips. If desired, season with spices.
In advance, boil the hard-boiled egg, cool it. Inside the molding ring, we harvest and collect the salad with the liver of cod and rice layers (first rice with cheese, then onion with cilantro, cod liver, top three eggs).
Having arbitrarily decorated, we serve homemade salad with cod liver and rice immediately, long impregnation is not needed. Bon Appetit!
