Grapefruit – 1 piece;
Sweet pepper – 1 piece;

Prepare the necessary products.
For 1 -2 hours before the preparation of lettuce, let’s have chicken fillet. To do this, it must be washed, dried with napkins, coated with pepper and any herbs to taste, dip from all sides into soy sauce. Put it in the refrigerator.
Then fry the chicken fillet in a grill pan (or a conventional frying pan) on both sides for several minutes until golden brown.
Wash the leaves of the lettuce, dry it on a towel, and pick it up on a plate.

Grapefruit cleaned, disassembled into small pieces. The important thing is to clear the grapefruit of white films, they give a bitter taste.
