Ingredients
Funchosa – 200 g
Squid – 4 carcasses
Carrots (small) – 2 pcs.
Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
Fresh cucumber – 1 piece.
Garlic – 3 cloves
Green onions – 2 pcs.
Chili pepper – 0,5 pcs.
Seasoning for carrots in Korean – 1 tbsp.
Grape Vinegar – 2 tbsp.
Garlic vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Salt – to taste

Funchosa is a kind of spicy salads that can be cooked with any kind of meat, with fish or even just with vegetables. Today’s recipe – with seafood, or rather with squid.
Squids have a peculiar taste (not everyone loves them), but those to whom they like, like this fuchoza. This salad can successfully replace dinner, it can be taken with you to nature or served on a festive table.
Prepare products for fuchozy with squid.
Squids well washed. Get rid of the insides and the chitin plate, if any. To squids are well cleaned, I pour them with boiling water for half a minute. The photo shows how the skin has curled. Then just my cold water.
We will cut the squid with straw.
Sweet pepper and cucumber cut into strips. Carrots we’ll rub on a special grater.
We will heat the frying pan with butter, add seasoning and hot pepper. A little warm up.
Put the carrots and cook for a minute.
Add sweet peppers and squid. We cook another couple of minutes.
It is important that the vegetables remain “with crunchiness”. Let’s leave it cool.
We weld the feces according to the instructions on the package. We will wash it with cold water and cut it with scissors, for convenience.
In the pot with fuchozoy we add vegetables with squid.
Next, put fresh cucumbers and green onions, cut with feathers. We’ll send the chopped garlic.
Add the grape vinegar, add salt to taste and gently mix.
When serving a fachoza with squid, you can sprinkle sesame seeds and herbs.
