Salad with Korean carrots and croutons
A simple salad with Korean carrots and croutons will help you out when unexpected guests come.
Korean carrots – 200 g
Smoked chicken – 200 g
Corn canned – 100 g
Crackers – 30 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.

One of my favorite salads with Korean carrots. It does not take time to cook it, if you have ready-made carrots in Korean and a pack of crackers. The chicken breast makes the salad full, and the corn and onions give the salad freshness.
To prepare a salad with Korean carrots and crackers prepare all the products on the list.
With a smoked chicken leg we cut the flesh. Cut the cut meat into a bowl and put it into a bowl.
We add Korean carrots and canned corn to the bowl, after draining the liquid from it.
Onions are cleaned and cut into half rings. Add the remaining salad ingredients.
As a dressing, we use mayonnaise, we add salt and black ground pepper to taste.
Mix well all the ingredients of the salad with dressing.
Just before serving, add crumbs to the salad.
