Beetroot salad with prunes and walnuts is a useful dish that even sweeties will not give up!

Ingredients

Beet – 1-2 pieces.

Walnuts – 20 g

Prunes – 20 g

Garlic – 2 cloves

Mayonnaise – 50 g

Salt – pinch

Cooking process

Despite the usefulness of such a wonderful vegetable as beets, it is rare in our diet. I suggest in your piggy bank another wonderful recipe for making a tasty and simple salad from it with garlic, prunes and walnuts



Depending on the size of one or two beets, wash and boil in a saucepan for 30-40 minutes, or bake.

Grate the beetroot on a large grater.


Cut walnuts in a mortar or with a blender.


Prunes wash and cut into thin strips.


In a salad bowl lay beets, nuts and prunes. Squeeze 2 cloves of garlic and lightly add salt.


Season with salad mayonnaise or vegetable oil, as it should be mixed. Serve with meat or fish dishes.
