I like achm prepared from dough according to all the rules, but still I often make it from pita bread, and in addition, in a multivarquet. Achma from lavash is really a very tasty dish, even freshly prepared, though heated.
Bake acmu in the multivarker can be either directly in the bowl, or in silicone or in the form of a foil of a suitable diameter.
Cheese or a mixture of cheeses for the options of Achma take different to taste or what is available, and especially suitable suluguni cheese.
The ingredients indicated the number of pita breads – 4-6 pieces, depending on their size. Ideally, cook pita bread for achma itself and the desired diameter.
To prepare accha from pita bread in a multivark, prepare the ingredients in the list.
Scrub the cheese.
Usually, the head of the suluguni cheese weighs about half a kilo all at once, and I put the unused amount in the freezer for later. It is very convenient to use, for example, for pizza.
Kefir mix with the egg. Someone pisses off, but we do without salt in this filling.
The surface for baking (bowl or mold) is well oiled with butter for all reasons: for better taste, and for better extraction of finished acm.
The next task is to lay the sheets of lavash, alternating them with cheese and kefir fillings. At the bottom it is better to make a layer of two pita breads or pita bread and pieces of pita bread, and leave one edge of the lavash so that then cover the last layer.
Collect the future acmu: lavashi, cheese filling, kefir filling, lavash, etc.
Repeat 3-4 times.
For the convenience of assembling pita bread it is possible to tear to pieces, and also wrinkle them. If the pita bread is too thin (for me – the purchased ones are easily broken up), then lay two pita bread in each layer, not just the bottom and top.
Cover the last layer with the edge of the bottom lavash.
Put on it slices of butter. Set the baking mode to 1 hour.
After the sound signal of the multivarka, the pacha lavash is ready.
