Salt is better to add directly before the mantle.
The dough was stale, the filling is ready, you can start the mantles. Dough rolled in a tourniquet and cut into pieces the size of a walnut, each piece of thinly rolled into a flat cake.
On juicy lay on a tablespoon of potato toppings and sprinkle with salt, protect the mantles in a convenient way.
Grate steamer / mantovarki grease with vegetable oil and lay manty.
