Manty is a famous and beloved dish. There are a lot of cooking options.
In our family Manty is a frequent guest. I cook them for dinner or as a hot meal on the festive table. I usually cook manta rays with minced meat. But my husband just loves manti with chopped meat. Sometimes I do this. Since we are not lamb lovers, I cook from pork.
Very good when meat with a layer of fat. Due to the large amount of onions, manti with meat are obtained not fat, but very juicy and tender.
I strongly recommend trying my test recipe, it’s a pleasure to work with this test, without using additional flour, it is perfectly molded and not boiled. I cook dumplings and vareniki with such a test.
First, prepare the dough for mantles. Measure and season with flour.
Oil pour boiling water and stir until it dissolves completely. Pour water and butter into the dough and mix it quickly with a spatula, then knead the dough with your hands.
The dough turns out soft and does not stick to your hands. Cover with a towel and let it rest.
A piece of meat to freeze or unfreeze until the end.
Cut into small pieces.
Onion finely chopped. I rub on the grater with rings, and then cut in half with a knife, very convenient.
Mix the onions and meat, add salt and pepper. If there is, you can add chopped fresh herbs.
Cut the dough into small pieces, roll it into flat cakes.
Put a spoonful of meat in the center.
Tear the dough in the center.
Fix the edges.
Now connect the edges: the left with the right.
Bow a bit of mantovarki or steamers lightly oil. The bottom of each manta dipped in oil, put in a bowl at a distance from each other.
Cook manty with meat for 35-40 minutes.
Serve manti with minced meat hot, greasing with butter, with any sauces.

Butter – 40 g
Salt – 1 tsp.
