The dough that I use for these patties is universal: you can not only bake it but also fry it. The convenience of this test is that it does not require proofing. To prepare pies, prepare all the products listed.
Let’s start with the filling. Cut white cabbage into small squares.
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and lay the cabbage cut.
When the cabbage has softened, add salt, a pinch of sugar and tomato sauce. Mix well. Cover the cabbage with a lid and simmer until soft. Then open the lid and allow the liquid to evaporate.
Transfer the cabbage to a plate and allow to cool.
Now you can do the test. To do this, put 200 ml of warm water in a bowl, add sugar, salt and yeast, mix. Pour in the sunflower oil.
Sift all the flour into the bowl, add the yeast mixture and stir well immediately.
The remaining water is brought to a boil and pour boiling water into the dough, quickly stir with a spatula. Then continue to knead the dough with your hands.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and uniform. In the process of kneading, flour is not needed. To dust it is possible already ready dough.
Dough divided into 16 or 18 koloboks, depending on what size you want pies: more or less. Each piece of dough to spread on the palm of the cake, put in the center 1.5-2 tablespoons. finished stuffing.
Protect the patty first in the center, and then from two sides from the edges to the center.
All the blanks put on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Pies can be laid out as a seam up, and down. I did differently. Sprinkle the patties with water from the spray gun.
