Cooking process

Funchoza is a variety of noodles. More precisely it is rice noodles, which is very popular in the countries of South-East Asia. Prepare it with mushrooms (usually shiitake), vegetables, meat. Meat is used absolutely any: pork, beef, even chicken.

We prepare the food for the preparation of the dish according to the list.

Ingredients for feces with beef and vegetables

We cut the beef into long and thin pieces. Fry it with sunflower oil until soft.

Fry the meat

We spread to the meat sliced ​​straws vegetables: onions, carrots and onions green. The latter is cut as shown in the photo. Let’s add ground ginger.

On a sufficiently strong fire, fry everything, stirring constantly. Vegetables should remain as if raw.

Funchozu prepare according to the instructions on the package. In my case, pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Let’s add soy sauce. I do not salt a dish, because the soy sauce is salty enough.
