Ingredients
Funchosa – 150 g
Beef – 300 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Carrots – 0.5 pcs.
Green onion – 0.5 beam
Soy sauce – to taste
Ground ginger – 0,5 tsp.
Cooking process
Funchoza is a variety of noodles. More precisely it is rice noodles, which is very popular in the countries of South-East Asia. Prepare it with mushrooms (usually shiitake), vegetables, meat. Meat is used absolutely any: pork, beef, even chicken.
Today we are preparing a funcion with beef and vegetables.
We prepare the food for the preparation of the dish according to the list.
We cut the beef into long and thin pieces. Fry it with sunflower oil until soft.
We spread to the meat sliced straws vegetables: onions, carrots and onions green. The latter is cut as shown in the photo. Let’s add ground ginger.
On a sufficiently strong fire, fry everything, stirring constantly. Vegetables should remain as if raw.
Funchozu prepare according to the instructions on the package. In my case, pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Let’s add soy sauce. I do not salt a dish, because the soy sauce is salty enough.
All mixed. A little warm up. Funchos with beef and vegetables are ready.
We serve immediately, sprinkled with sesame seeds and herbs (I have coriander).
