Well, there’s Maslenitsa on the threshold! Have you waited? I suggest baking delicious yeast pancakes on kefir. Such pancakes turn out magnificent, and to prepare them it is easy and pleasant. I remember earlier I never cooked pancakes for yeast, because in my family both my grandmother and my mother baked delicate pancakes. But would you like to try something new sometime? Having tried the pancakes with yeast, I was under a pleasant impression and now I cook them with different recipes with pleasure.
For the preparation of yeast pancakes on kefir, prepare the necessary products from the list. In my recipe, I used low-fat kefir, but you can take 2.5%.
In a bowl, sift 70 g of flour, add sugar and salt, as well as dry yeast.
Kefir a little warm up – to a warm, but not a hot condition. Pour it into a dry mixture and mix. Leave for 30 minutes.
Eggs can be broken into a separate bowl and shaken with a fork.
When the yeast mass is covered with bubbles, add eggs to it and mix.
Pour vanillin and remaining flour into the dough, mix thoroughly.
Then in the dough should be added boiling water in a thin trickle, without stopping stirring. Leave the dough for another 20 minutes. After this, pour in the dough vegetable oil, and you can start baking pancakes.
Frying pan to warm well, a little oil and pour out a portion of dough. Distribute the dough throughout the pan, scrolling it around in a circle under a slope.
When the bottom of the pancake is toast, turn over and fry it on the other side.
Pile the pancakes on each other on a plate.
You can roll yeast pancakes on kefir four times and serve to the table.
