Delicious wheat pancakes with mineral water and milk

Ingredients

Eggs of chicken – 3 pcs.

Mineral water – 2 cups

Milk – 2 cups

Wheat flour – 2 cups

Sugar – 1 tsp.

Salt – 0.5 tsp.

Sunflower oil – 2 items of l.

Cooking process

What kind of recipes can not you find pancakes: custard, lace, kefir, pumpkin, etc. etc. I dare to suggest a recipe for mineral water. Pancakes are surprisingly lush, tender, and I would even say airy.

1. Preparation requires mineral water, milk, flour, eggs, chicken, salt, sugar and sunflower oil.

2. Beat the eggs and salt.

3. Add sugar and 1 tbsp. milk. Mix well.

4. Add flour.

5. Mix the flour with the milk-egg mixture until the lumps disappear. Pour the remaining milk and mineral water.

6. Add oil and mix well.

7. Pour the dough in a thin layer on a hot frying pan (I have an anti-smoking coating, so I did not lubricate the oil beforehand), fry from two sides to a golden color. Pile up, if desired, you can grease each pancake with butter.

8. Serve pancakes, cooked on mineral water, hot with jam, sour cream or cream.
