It turned out that it was necessary to fill the starch with cold water, since it was in the hot that the lumps formed, moreover, God forbid, to pour the starch itself into the hot liquid with fruits-get one solid lump. Ingredients for sea buckthorn jelly

We will wash the sea buckthorn in the water, freeing the berries from debris, leaflets, etc.

Wash sea buckthorn

Clear from the cuttings and pour the mass into a saucepan or pan.

Put the sea-buckthorn in a saucepan

Add sugar, based on the taste of berries. If they are acidic, then add more, if sweet, then less. Fill with hot water and place the container on the stove, bringing its contents to a boil.

Boil for about 5-10 minutes. As soon as the berry compote changes its color from orange to yellow – we remove the container from the plate and promnem berries with a press for potatoes.

Stretch buckthorn with tolstalk

Strain the compote through a strainer, removing the cake and pits. Again, pour the liquid into a saucepan and place it on the stove, including the minimum fire.

Wipe the sea-buckthorn through a sieve

In a cup or glass, dilute the starch with a little cold water and fill it with compote, stirring immediately. Protocols of kissel from sea-buckthorn on the stove for about 1 minute, making sure that it does not boil. Then remove the container from the plate.

Strew starch
