Ingredients

Cucumbers – 400 g + 1 for feeding

Lemon – 4 pcs. + 0.5 for feeding

Mint / basil – 3-4 sprigs

Sugar – 4-7 tablespoons. (taste)

Water fizzy – 2 liters

Ice – 7-10 cubes

Juicy, refreshing cucumber lemonade of instant cooking is a simple but incredibly tasty, aromatic soft drink that will decorate both the festive table and the daily menu. Cooked on the basis of cucumber and lemon juice, supplemented with ice, mineral water and spicy herbs, the drink perfectly quenches thirst, has a bright saturated aroma and seductive taste, and the whole process of its preparation takes no more than 5-10 minutes. In the bowl of the blender, add small pieces of cucumber and leaves 2-3 branches of basil or mint.

Put the cucumber in a blender

Add freshly squeezed juice of 4 lemons and sugar to taste.

Pour 2 cups of water and whisk the ingredients for a few minutes until smooth.

Strain the resulting mixture and pour into a jug, separating the particles of cucumbers and herbs.
