Rice – 0.5 cups
Onion – 1 pc.

For tomato sauce:
Carrots – 1 pc.
Tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
Tomato-onion or tomato juice sauce – 1 glass
Wheat flour – 1 tbsp.
Sour cream – 100 ml
Salt and spices – to taste
Water – 200 ml
Cooking process
Hedgehogs, loved from childhood, we cook in sour cream or in tomato sauce, bake in the oven or cook for a couple, stove. What is the difference between hedgehogs from meatballs? From the moment of boiling, reduce the fire to a minimum and cook for 30 minutes.
