A simple way of making tasty chicken wings in an oven in a sauce of honey and mustard. An excellent and inexpensive idea for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Chicken wings – 8 pcs.

Honey – 1.5 tbsp. l.

Mustard – 1 tsp.

Salt and pepper black ground – to taste

Ketchup – 2 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.

Garlic – 2 cloves

Cooking process

Wings in a honey-mustard sauce to cook is not difficult. I recommend the first 20 minutes to bake them with a foil, so you do not overdo it, but get delicious meat with a crispy sweetish crust. Garnish with pasta, rice or vegetables.

Honey lightly melt in a water bath or in a microwave.

Melt the honey

Add to it tomato paste, mustard, chopped garlic, oil, salt and mix.

Prepare the marinade

We spread the wings on all sides with the resulting sauce and leave to marinate for 1.5-2 hours, and can be longer.

Pickle wings

We put the pickled wings on a baking tray.

Put the wings on the baking sheet

Sprinkle with black pepper. Cover the form with foil and put in a preheated oven.

Pour on pepper

Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes to a crispy crust.
