I again could not resist and bought a rabbit. This time we will cook it in the sleeve in the oven. A dish prepared in this way does not require much trouble, and you do not need to follow it. After a certain time it will be ready without your participation.
To get a full second course with garnish, add the vegetables to the rabbit: potatoes and carrots. For marinating a rabbit, I used the raw, raw adjika that I had prepared in the autumn, but it can be replaced with tomato paste or ketchup. Cooked in a sleeve in the oven, a rabbit with vegetables is sure to please your entire family, because the rabbit is very soft and fragrant.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the preparation of the rabbit.
Cut the rabbit into portions, rinse well and place on a napkin so that excess moisture is absorbed. Then wipe it dry again. I decided to leave the legs entirely.
Mix in a bowl of sour cream and ajika, add the ground pepper and salt to taste.
In the resulting marinade place the pieces of rabbit and cover the container with a lid, send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
After a while, peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Carrots can be cut into ice cubes. Fold the vegetables in a bowl, add hops-suneli, add salt and add 1-2 tablespoons. of vegetable oil, then mix.
Vegetables folded into a sleeve for baking, from above to spread the pieces of rabbit together with the marinade. Tie the sleeve from both sides. Turn on the oven 180 degrees and place the baking tray when the oven is slightly warm. Bake a rabbit in a sleeve in the oven for 1 hour.
After a while, gently cut the sleeve from the top and allow the dish to brown for 10 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the dish there for another 5-10 minutes. After this delicious rabbit with potatoes can be served to the table, spread out in portions.
