Meat with fried pickled cucumbers – a dish very interesting and very tasty!

Ingredients

Chicken fillet – 400 g

Sweet pepper – 0,5 pcs.

Garlic – 2 slices

Onion – 1 pc.

Champignons (optional) – 150 g

Pickled cucumbers – 6 pcs.

Salt, pepper – to taste

Paprika smoked hammer – 1 tbsp.

Often it happens that in the refrigerator the foodstuffs were wrapped up: a bit of that, and a little bit of this 🙂 Here at me this time was the same: 2 chicken breasts, half of sweet pepper, a little fried champignons, left with cooking mashed potatoes, half a can of pickled cucumbers.

So this recipe was born. The dish turned out very tasty, easy enough. You can use it as an independent dish, and also as a side dish: I had boiled potatoes.
