Potato lasagna with minced meat is something very, very tasty, absolutely everyone will like it. Have you tried to replace the lasagna sheets with potatoes? I often cook such a dish – all relatives and guests are always delighted! So today I want to share this simple recipe with you. I hope you enjoy the result. Minced me – pork, you can take mixed or chicken minced meat, also, if desired, you can add mushrooms to the stuffing. Spices and herbs use to taste.
Prepare products on the list and you can proceed.
Peel carrots and onion medium-sized, wash vegetables and dry. Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on medium grater. Warm up the frying pan with vegetable oil, transfer the vegetables into the frying pan.
Add all the prepared stuffing to the frying pan at once. Fry minced meat with vegetables for 10-15 minutes, in the process add the garlic, passed through the press, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour a glass of tomato sauce into the almost ready stuffing. If desired, replace the sauce with chopped tomatoes, or you can dilute the tomato paste in water. Stew minced meat with tomato sauce for 5-7 minutes.
Also now you can prepare potatoes: clean and wash the tubers, cut into thin plates.
Prepare the sauce: put the butter in the saucepan and melt it, pour in the flour and quickly mix the sauce with a whisk.
Pour a thin trickle of milk and constantly stir actively. After 2-3 minutes the sauce will thicken sufficiently.
Pour salt and pepper into the sauce to taste, mix.
Turn on the oven and warm up to 180 degrees. Take shape and lightly oil it. The first layer to decompose most of the potatoes, sprinkle a little salt and pepper.
On top of the potatoes, decompose the prepared stuffing.
Pour minced sauce, you can throw a pinch of greens.
Cheese grate on a large grater and sprinkle with the sauce.
Pour the remaining potatoes over the cheese. Layers can be laid out 2-3 times, repeating the order.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes. Bake potato lasagna with minced meat for 30-40 minutes. The first 20 minutes bake under the food foil, after the foil remove and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
