Fill peas with hot water, bring to a boil, turn off the gas. Leave for 30 minutes under the closed lid.
We merge the water. To the pea, add 0.3 tsp. baking soda and pour boiling water 3-4 cm above the pea. We cook until ready. Peas should be boiled. If the peas are not boiled, and the water boils, add a little boiling water and continue to cook.
We prefer porridge as fluff, so after cooking we prefer to pierce with a blender.
We prepare onion for porridge. We chop the onion rings. In a package we pour out flour, there we send rings of onions, we shake a package. Flour envelopes them completely. Lightly shake.
Preheat the frying pan with vegetable oil. The height of the oil should be so much that the rings float freely in it. Fry from two sides to golden brown.
We serve lean pea porridge with fried onions and pour with sunflower oil.
