Ingredients
Buckwheat flour -100 g
Flour in / s – 400 g
Water – 300 ml.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
Yeast dry – 2 tsp.
Sugar, demerara or syrup – 1 tbsp. l.
Salt – 0.5 tsp.

Cooking process
Addition to the usual, i.e. traditional wheat flour more useful types of flour makes bread more useful and even tastier. I liked the recipe for buckwheat bread, so I gladly share it. Prepare the ingredients:

After the beep, remove the buckwheat bread and cover it with a towel for a while.
