To prepare khachapuri in Georgian, we will need such products: flour, matzoni, suluguni cheese, egg, butter, soda.
Matzoni or kefir pour into a bowl, drive one egg.
Pour soda or baking powder for dough.
Butter slightly melt in the microwave and add to the dough.
Now gradually add the flour and mix the dough.
The dough should not stick to your hands, but it should not be hard. Leave the dough for 20 minutes to rest, covering it with a towel.
Roll the dough into a circle, 4-5 cm more than a frying pan. And in the middle we spread all the cheese.
Now gradually gather the edges of the dough in the center and press them against each other.
Turn the dough so that the collected center is at the bottom. From above make a small hole to exit the steam.
We roll out the flat cake well and put it on a baking sheet coated with parchment paper. I sprinkled some more cheese on top.
Bake khachapuri in a preheated oven for 250 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
Khachapuri in Georgian with cheese is ready. We serve the table hot.
Bon Appetit!
