Pollock with / m – 2 pcs.
Egg of chicken – 4 pcs.
Milk – 100 ml
Onion – 1-2 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Salt and pepper – to taste
Cooking process
Pollock is a small-boned fish with tender fillets. In addition, and affordable.
Prepare the fish quickly. Traditional, most likely, is cooking with onion and sour cream. But today we will prepare this fish differently – in an omelette. I do not know, I diversified so fish or scrambled eggs, but I know for sure that it turned out very tasty. Definitely, I will cook more.
Prepare the products for cooking pollock in an omelette in the oven and proceed.
Fish clean and cut fins. Cut into slices.
Salt and pepper the pieces of fish.
Peel onion and cut into half rings.
Fish fry in oil on both sides until golden brown. Slightly move aside and fry onion in the same place.
Transfer the fish to the form in which we bake.
In a deep bowl, combine the eggs and milk, salt and pepper a little.
Beat with a fork.
Pour egg mixture of fish and onions.
Bake pollock in an omelette in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees 12-15 minutes. As the whole omelette “grab”, you can take it out.
