The simplest and classic recipe test for dumplings on the water.
Ingredients
Wheat flour – 600 g
Water (cold) – 300 ml.
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Salt – 0.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking process
This is a proven recipe test for dumplings for years! The best, light and comfortable dough, which I only know – on the water, it is necessary with the egg and with the addition of vegetable oil (plasticity and smoothness of the dough will be guaranteed.
The test is enough for 100 dumplings, as it rolls to the finest state. To make a pelmeni out of it is a pleasure, so that no matter how scary the “100” figure sounded, time will fly by unnoticed;)
So, prepare the wheat flour, cold water, egg, salt, vegetable oil. In a bowl, fill the flour with a slide, make a hole on top of it, into which salt is poured.
In the same hole, hammer an egg.

- Mix the spoon with flour and egg, as if kneading, and gradually pour in cold water.
Along with water, pour in vegetable oil.
Continue to knead the dough, gradually grabbing flour from all sides inside the test-piece. Connect in the middle of the kneading hand, putting the spoon aside.
In the end, you will get such a lump:
Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes. It will stand and its consistency will change-the dough will become like plasticine, very pliable:
Dough on the table without additional flour, remember, and here is such a smooth little thing will end up in the end:
