Ingredients
Potatoes young – 1 kg
Onion – 1 pc.
Champignons – 200 g
Celery stalk – 1 petiole
Cheese hard – 70 g
Salt and pepper – to taste
Garlic – 3-4 cloves
Tomatoes – for filing
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Cream – optional
Cooking process
In the season of young potatoes I recommend to cook potatoes with mushrooms and cheese in the oven. Cooking this dish is easy and simple, but it turns out it is very tasty and satisfying. Potatoes for this recipe are better to take pink varieties, it is in this version of cooking the garnish will taste better than others.
To bake potatoes with mushrooms and cheese in the oven, immediately prepare all the necessary products. Vegetables need to be cleaned, washed.
Potatoes must be peeled, washed, boil for about 10 minutes until half cooked.
In a heated frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil fry sliced onions and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes.
