Pork-ground beef – 500 g
Potatoes – 70 g
Onions – 60 g
Garlic – 1 tooth
Olive oil – 0.5 tsp.
Tomato puree (fresh tomatoes) – 200 ml
Sour cream (yogurt unsweetened) – 150 g
Salt – to taste
Black ground pepper – to taste

I really like dishes that are cooked in the oven without pre-frying the ingredients in a frying pan. Cutlets cooked according to this recipe are juicy, tender due to the use of mixed minced meat and due to the fact that the cutlets are cooked in sauce.
This dish is simple, casual, but it is also suitable for a festive table, especially if you serve cutlets with boiled mashed potatoes and pour with sauce.
Products that we need to prepare pork-beef cutlets in tomato-sour cream sauce, we prepare according to the list.
In the bowl lay out the stuffing. My stuff is ready. If you make it yourself from meat, you should take 1 part of beef and 2 parts of pork meat, so the mince will turn out juicy.
We will add in minced beef grated on an average grater and on a small grater – onion. Garlic let’s go through the press, also add the minced meat. Add salt and black ground pepper to taste.
We mix all the ingredients of the stuffing well and lightly beat it off: we lift the mince ball over the plate and then throw it back into the plate with a sharp movement, so we will get rid of the air bubbles in the stuffing and make it more homogeneous.
From the received forcemeat the form of a cutlet of the small size. Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and lay out in it cutlets. At me from the specified quantity of ingredients it turned out 8 cutlets.
We send the form with cutlets in a preheated oven to 170 degrees C for 20 minutes to bake. Here we have such cutlets.
While the cutlets are baked in the oven, we prepare the sauce. To do this in a bowl, mix the tomato puree and sour cream.
Add salt and black ground pepper to the sauce. Well we mix all the ingredients of the gravy.
Fill the cutlets with tomato-sour cream sauce and send them back to the oven for another 20-25 minutes.
Pork-beef patties in tomato-sour cream sauce are served with mashed potatoes, pasta or cereals.
