Firstly, you will be assured of the quality of the juice. Secondly, you can prepare the juice to your liking. And thirdly, self-made juice is much more economical.
Today I suggest you to prepare a delicious and healthy juice from the plum for the winter through a juicer. Plum – a wonderful fruit, it contains many vitamins, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, iodine, zinc and other important elements for the body. Juice from the plum is shown for baby food, for people with cardiovascular diseases. With caution, plum juice should be taken to people with diabetes.
So, let’s start preparing the plum juice for the winter through the juicer. We need only plums and sugar. But if you wish, you can add lemon or orange juice, cloves, badges. Plums can be taken of any variety, but I really like plum sorts “Hungarian” or, as it is called, “prune”.
Plum is best to take the ripe, but not rumpled. For juice, choose the best plums. We’ll wash the plums, we’ll cut them and, cutting them in half, take out the stone.
Juicing a juicer is a very convenient and quick way. My juicer is not very powerful, so I halved the plums in two.
From a kilo of plums I obtained 800 ml of juice.
We take out the squeezers from the juicer, you can have more or less of them.
Fill the squeezes with 1 liter of water, boil for 5-7 minutes, strain through a sieve. The broth turned out to be slightly more than 800 ml.
Mix the juice and broth in a saucepan, add sugar to taste. Start with 100 g, try and adjust to your taste, I had 100 grams of sugar.
Cook the juice for 10 minutes after boiling, taking off the foam. Pour into pre-fried cans, tighten tightly. Juice from plums for the winter through the juicer is ready!
Plum juice turned out very rich, beautiful and tasty!
Pour the juice into small jars, in the winter it will be very convenient to open and enjoy delicate juice!
