The most useful juice is freshly squeezed and drunk right there. But if a lot of apples and carrots, and they have nowhere to go, and you know that winter is coming soon, then the only way is to squeeze juice and keep it in jars. It will be much better than then to buy it in stores with preservatives, flavor enhancers, fragrances and other dry powders.
Apple-carrot juice for the winter through a juicer I prepare for not the first year, it is perfectly stored in conditions of an apartment pantry. I do not use sugar in the recipe – the juice is rather sweet, the children drink with great pleasure.
Prepare apples with carrots for juice. Apples are better to choose sweet varieties, then you will not need to sweeten with sugar. Carrots are better to take a short and plump, as for me, it is the sweetest and the most juicy.
Wash and peel apples and carrots. In apples, cut the core.
Skip all the prepared fruits and vegetables through the juicer.
Put the pan with the juice on medium heat and bring to a boil. During heating, a lush “cap” of noise will form – to remove it with a small sieve.
On a low heat, boil 2-3 minutes and pour the aromatic, delicious juice on clean jars, roll up the lids and warmly wrap up until completely cooled. Apple-carrot juice through a juicer for the winter is ready!
Store in a basement or in an apartment pantry. Cook with love.
