Ground black pepper – to taste
Sugar – 1 pinch (if necessary)
Cheese – 100 g

Fry the finely chopped onion over medium heat until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes.
Add finely chopped mushrooms and, stirring, fry for another 10-15 minutes until the juice that will give the mushrooms is almost evaporated.
Sprinkle mushrooms 3 with a pinch of flour, add the dried herbs and, stirring, fry another 1-2 minutes.
Add the sour cream. Mix everything well, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes, until it thickens.
Turn off the fire, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. If the sour cream – with a light sour taste, you can also add 1 pinch of sugar, in order to slightly balance the taste.
Distribute the prepared julien on the tartlets.
Sprinkle each tartlet with grated cheese.
Place the tartlets with the julienne under the grill or in the upper third of the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese melts and appetizes, and then serve it.
