Pizza “overseas” caviar – snack dainty for all times. Good caviar with mashed potatoes and on a slice of bread. In my piggy bank, a lot of recipes for tasty caviar. I recently told you how to cook eggs in the oven. Also there is a very “tasty and delicate” recipe of squash caviar with apples. Today, in my country cottage, my favorite piece is zucchini through a meat grinder.
Cucumber caviar for the winter through a meat grinder turns out with krupinochkami, but from this in the cooled kind wins. Time to prepare is much less than usual.
So, go to the garden for ripe zucchini, and then to the kitchen.
Use products in the list. You will need a large zucchini zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, sunflower oil, onions, garlic, salt, bell pepper, black pepper and acetic acid.
Rinse all vegetables well and dry. Peel the squash, carrots, garlic and onions. Remove the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds.
Twist the carrots and onions in a meat grinder. For convenience, cut the vegetables in small slices, add sunflower oil. Place the container on the stove for medium heat. Vegetables have to start the juice.
Twist zucchini, garlic and bell peppers. Add to the carrots.
Cut the tomatoes into slices, removing the seats of the pedicels.
Turn the tomatoes on the meat grinder into a tomato puree.
Add the mashed potatoes to the already existing ingredient twisted on the meat grinder.
Cooking caviar through a meat grinder can be in an enamel basin or a pan. Find suitable caviar for the resulting amount of caviar. I was filled with a full 3-liter saucepan. Cook the eggs without stopping stirring, for at least 2-3 hours on a slow fire. In the process of cooking, remove the foam.
In the boiled caviar caviar, add salt and ground pepper. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Add the acetic acid and boil the caviar for another 3 minutes.
Squash caviar is ready through a meat grinder! It’s time to make winter harvesting.
Banks bake in the oven in advance. Caps to them boil well. I pour caviar in 700-gram jars and roll them with a key under the iron covers. Use of screw caps is allowed.
Pour the hot caviar from the courgettes into the cooled sterile jars. Roll with the key.
Turn over the covers. Wrap the blanket until it cools down. Keep the jars with harvested zucchini caviar through a meat grinder in a cool place.
I almost forgot … I always leave a small bowl with caviar for testing. I clean it in the fridge, and the next day I serve lunch for a snack. Uh, yummy!

A proven recipe for squash caviar through a meat grinder. Caviar is prepared by extinguishing in an enameled container.
Ingredients
Zucchini – 1-2 pieces.
Carrots – 2 pcs.
Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
Onion – 4 heads
Garlic – 2-4 cloves
Sunflower oil – 100 ml
Cookery salt – to taste
Pepper black ground – to taste
Acetic acid – 1 tbsp.
