Table vinegar – 100 ml

Bitter pepper – to taste

Disassemble cauliflower on small inflorescences, rinse well. In a saucepan, boil enough water. Inflorescences dip into boiling water. Blanch for 5 minutes. After tipping into a colander and rinse with cold water.

Rinse the sweet and bitter pepper, remove the seeds. Through a meat grinder, chop the peeled garlic, sweet pepper and bitter, washed tomatoes. Add salt, sugar, sunflower oil. Stir and bring to a boil.

In the boiling fill, add the inflorescence of cauliflower and chopped parsley. Stir. Bring to a boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes. At the end, add the vinegar and mix. Pre-sterilize the jars with lids.
