Cooking process
One of the most popular caves snacks in my arsenal of pies and pies. I’m not a special lover of the test, I’m always afraid that it will not rise or be elastic or crumbly, so I prefer to use a ready-made dough, the choice of which in supermarkets is now overwhelming. But I love experiments with fillings, as well as with forms of pies.
A layered pie with minced meat and cheese does not require special effort and imagination. Today I’m gossiping a scythe of all the ingredients – it’s easy, and tasty, and even beautiful.
Prepare all the products on the list. Stuffing can be taken any meat. Cheese is better to take Mozzarella or one that melts well. Puff pastry should be obtained from the freezer in advance so that it thaws.
In minced meat pour out the seasoning for minced meat and salt.
We add Russian mustard.
Be sure to add ketchup, it will give minced and sour, and a beautiful color in the finished product.
Well we mix stuffing. You can beat it to homogeneity.
Cheese hard three on a large grater. Add to the cheese finely chopped parsley greens, a little salt and black ground pepper. Mix well the filling.
Lay the puff pastry on the table top. Cut the dough into three equal strips.
On two stripes we lay out minced meat and on one – cheese stuffing. Do not report the filling at the top and bottom, leave a 2 cm test without filling.
Doughly connect the edges of the dough, as shown in the photo, to get the tubes with the filling inside. Sutures can be slightly worn after tearing, so that the tube is as round as possible.
The upper ends of the three strips are joined together and folded gently inward. And from the bands neatly, slowly, with a plait, the usual scythe. The remaining lower ends of the braid are also joined together and tucked inward (under the bottom of the cake).
Lubricate the top of the cake with yolk with a silicone brush.
Generously sprinkle the top of the pie with sesame seeds. We send the layered pie with minced meat and cheese in a preheated oven to 170 degrees C for 35-40 minutes.
We take the finished pie from the oven. We give minutes 5-7 to cool down and after that we cut into portions.
Crispy, juicy, hearty puff cake with minced meat and cheese is very good to serve with milk.
