Piece of dough to roll out into a layer and lay out on a greased baking tray or mold. On the dough lay a layer of potatoes, a little salt.

Bake lean pie with fish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until cooked, about 50 minutes, taking into account the peculiarities of its oven. Ready to pour the cake with brewing, cover with a towel, give a rest for 20 minutes.
